Please find the latest details on how SRS Ltd are operating and how to access our products, services and advice during the COVID-19 outbreak below:

SALES / TECHNICAL ADVICE / ORDERING: 

The SRS Ltd office team are working their standard hours Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5:00pm. Please do bear with us if it takes a little longer to answer phones as they may be diverting to those working from home with limited lines available. If you reach an answering machine please leave a message and we’ll get back to you at the earliest opportunity. There will also be a divert on for out of hours calls.

FACTORY / PRODUCTION:

SRS Ltd are now back to full working capacity with lead times and stock levels back to pre-COVID levels. Most of our materials can be despatched the day after order for next day delivery.

SITE VISITS AND INSTALLATIONS:

SRS Ltd are now offering site visits and installation under the following guidance:

1. Travel to site in own vehicle where possible.
2. Hand sanitiser must be used prior to entering site.
3. Social distancing guidelines to be followed at all times – no physical contact with customer. Ideally customer should only open and close the venue for you and wait elsewhere whilst the survey / installation is conducted.
4. Hands sanitised again before leaving site.
